EXACT MATCHING™ is an optional service available for both adult and child foot models, designed to add an extra level of precision to footwear projects.
When requested, this service provides an extended profile with additional visual references and podiatric information to support accurate matching and confident decision-making.
Models are matched against defined footwear criteria such as sizing, fit intent, last compatibility, and usage context.
Selection is based on measurable characteristics and visual assessment, not general appearance.
Dedicated photo and video references showing the foot from multiple angles, including dorsal, plantar, medial, and lateral views.
These visuals allow assessment of foot morphology, proportions, and alignment beyond standard portfolio images.
An assessment of overall foot shape and structural characteristics, supported by 2D and 3D digital scans. These scans provide accurate insight into elements such as length, width, volume distribution, arch profile, and toe shape, allowing for a clear understanding of foot morphology beyond visual reference alone.
An expert analysis conducted by a qualified podologist / podiatrist, combining visual assessment, biomechanical evaluation, and functional neurological testing. The analysis provides insight into foot structure, movement, and functional behaviour as they relate to footwear fit and performance, and is presented in a clear, client-ready format.
A clear and structured summary bringing together the key visual, functional, and fit-related insights for each model. The summary explains how and why a model aligns with the intended use, allowing creative, technical, and production teams to review and compare options efficiently.
EXACT MATCHING™ is an optional service layer designed for projects where precision matters, particularly within footwear, fit-focused, and technical productions.
How Booking Works
Tell us what you’re looking for. This can include model type, age range, gender, shoe size, measurements, usage, production dates, and any visual references. The more precise the brief, the more accurate the matching.
Based on your brief, we curate a precise selection of suitable models from our roster — including adult and child models. Each shortlist is manually reviewed to ensure relevance, availability, and consistency with your project needs.
For projects requiring a higher level of precision, we can provide EXACT MATCHING™ reports. These include extended visual references and podiatric or measurement-related information to support confident decision-making, especially for footwear and fit-critical productions.
Once you’ve selected your model(s), we handle availability checks, confirmations, and all contractual aspects. Our team ensures a smooth and transparent booking process from start to finish.
We remain available throughout production for coordination, adjustments, and last-minute support. Our goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly on shoot day and beyond.
